研究了一类时滞微分系统解的渐近性态．在一些比已有文献通常附加的局部李普希兹条件更弱的条件下，证明了此系统的每个有界解趋于某平衡态．我们的结果推广了已有的一些结论．     

干旱指数及其在青海东部旱区特征分析上的应用

在土壤水分平衡关系分析的基础上,提出了分析和评估旱害的5项指标:贫水指数、凋萎指数、降水指数、综合指数和干旱指数,并依据干旱指数对乐都浅山地区1961～1999年的粮食生产进行了年型分类。结果为:39a间共发生特大旱1a,大旱年3a,中旱年19a,轻旱年11a,平水年5a;发生机率分别为2.6%、7.69%、48.72%、26.21%、12.82%。同时认为青海东部地区旱区作物需水和耗水参数矛盾突出,干旱几乎年年发生,具有明显的难以预测性、多变性和不可控性。     

基于信号博弈的阳澄湖大闸蟹绿色标签市场应用分析

水产品绿色标签对消费者来说是高质量的信号,对卖家来说则是卖出高价的资本.但是欺诈行为的存在损害了消费者和其他卖家的利益,扰乱了市场秩序.以阳澄湖大闸蟹为例,通过信号博彝理论,对螃蟹市场中关卖双方的消费行为进行博彝分析,得到了精炼贝叶斯Nash均衡.

营业税改征增值税是完善我国税制的一个重要举措，确定各个产业部门改征增值税后的税率是其中一个关键的环节。运用可计算一般均衡模型可以评估营业税改征增值税之后不同税率的选择对宏观经济和产业结构的影响。政策模拟的结果显示，目前正在实施的营业税改征增值税的试点方案权衡了对财政收入和经济增长以及经济结构的影响，是对经济运行影响较小的稳健选择。     

条形浅基础极限承载力的滑移线解

当网格剖分足够密时，采用差分解法可得到具有足够精度的有重土静力极限平衡数值解。根据大量计算分析，揭示了有效旁侧荷载宽度L、无量纲极限承载力 / 与内摩擦角 、无量纲参数λ的内在规律，据此将滑移线法数值解拟合为简洁的解析表达式，并在理论上证明了这一规律。通过与几种经典承载力公式的比较和分析，综合对该拟合公式的可靠度分析，论证了其正确性和可行性。

All results represent the existence of an arbitrage about an portfolio is related closely to the type of market.     

Stability Analysis on Excavated High Slope of Mozong River Power Station in Wulong

The subject matter of this paper is to analyze the stability of excavated high slope. On the base of typical engineering case in Wulong, Chongqing, the geological conditions and potential failure pattern of the high slope are discussed. Then, the limit equilibrium method and the stereographic projection method are used to synthetically analyze the stability of excavated high slope. As a result, it indicates that the stability of the high slope in insufficient and some retaining structures ought to be adopted for the high slope as soon as possible.
